Pro-Life Dems Will Vote "No" on Healthcare
Dear Pro-Life Friend,
Politico just reported that Speaker Pelosi is aiming for a vote on health care next weekend. She has asked Members of Congress to clear their schedules and upon hearing that President Obama is postponing a trip to Asia, Pelosi said "I am delighted the president will be here for the passage of the bill. It will be historic."
With radical pro-abortion leaders moving fast, we have got to move even faster. NOW is the time we must act. The vote will be tight, the good news is that Fox is reporting that seven pro-life Democrats have confirmed that they are switching their vote from "Yes" to "No" on the health care bill -- you guessed it, due to its funding of abortion.
And our encouraging message to these pro-life Democrats has been to choose principle over party. Rep. Dan Lipinski of Illinois, who just now confirmed he is switching his vote from yes to no, told Fox News, "Protecting the sanctity of life is a matter of principle."
This no time to back down. If Nancy Pelosi wants a vote next weekend, we must convert more pro-life Democrats to ensure the Senate pro-abortion version of the bill is defeated by the House of Representatives.
Right now, in addition to the patch-through lobbying calls that you funded, we are currently airing radio ads in the following districts: Jason Altmire (PA-04); Paul Kanjorski (PA-11); Brad Ellsworth (IN-11); Baron Hill (IN-09); Steve Dreihaus (OH-01); Charlie Wilson (OH-06); Marcy Kaptur (OH-09); John Boccieri (OH-16); and James Langevin (RI-02).

Not only do we need to keep these ads up and running in those nine districts, we need to start running more radio ads in other strategic districts--but we need your help.
Help Us Expand Our Radio Ad Pro-Life Lobbying Campaign by Making a Generous Contribution Today! We want to ramp up our pro-life lobbying campaign on the radio in these targeted districts, but can only do it with your urgent financial support.
Our message is clearly working. Our radio ads encourage pro-life Democrats to put principle above party, and mobilize pro-life constituents to encourage their legislator to stand for life. For those that have already switched from yes to no, our radio ads encourage them and put wind in their sails. For those who are wavering, our ads act as a "velvet hammer" to ensure they stand for life.
Let's Expand Our Pro-life Radio Ad Campaign to 10 More Congressional Districts Represented by Pro-Life Democrats. Please Make a Donation Right Now!
God's blessings for your witness,

PPS: Fox News is reporting that seven or more Democrats have switched their vote on health care from "yes" to "no" due to abortion funding in the Senate version, which must be passed by the House to advance the reconciliation process. Many of these pro-life Democrats have switched due to our lobbying efforts. Let's ramp up the pressure by expanding our radio ad campaign to 10 more districts. With your help, we could have radio ads running in a total of 19 critical districts that could determine the fate of abortion in health care."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. ‘They Just Want This Over’ [Robert Costa]
Sitting in an airport, on his way home to Michigan, Rep. Bart Stupak, a pro-life Democrat, is chagrined. “They’re ignoring me,â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Rachael Maddow at MSNBC currently is reporting on her show that there are possible ethics violations pending against Rep. Bart Stupak, leader of the pro-life "No" vote coalition on the healthcare reform legislation, for living in a "house in C Street" for up to 7 years. This may constitute a violation of the "Gifts rule", and could lead to "expulsion", Ms. Maddow reports. Funny that the liberal press would pick Stupak as the one Democrat to "out" for possible "ethics violations", especially at this time!

Stupak: Pro-Life Dems Caving to Obamacare
Friday, 12 Mar 2010 05:30 PM
Supposedly pro-life Democrats are caving one-by-one on their anti-abortion principles to backroom deals by House Democratic leaders seeking the votes to pass Obamacare, Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., said Friday.
Stupak confirmed to the National Review Online that his bloc of an estimated dozen pro-life votes against the healthcare bill is fracturing. With it will go any chance to add more stringent restrictions on federal funding going to support health plans that cover abortion.
"It’s been made clear to us that they won’t insert our language on the abortion issue," Stupak told the Review.
"At this point, there is no doubt that they’ve been able to peel off one or two of my twelve," he said. "The others are having both of their arms twisted, and we’re all getting pounded by our traditional Democratic supporters, like unions.â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
