Mazzoli is silent but continues to be a lawyer, a recent degree from the Kennedy School at Harvard and appeared May 2, 2002 before Senators Kennedy and Brownback at Committee on the Judiciary testifying on overhall of INS.
Mazzoli was a graduate of the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame whose mission is to "Develop exemplary leaders serving non-profit organizations".
