According to the farm owner he was checked over 4 years ago. The program has improved greatly over the years. Besides that, how do we know the farmer is even being truthful? He may just be trying to protect himself with a false statement. Furthermore, when an employer begins using E-Verify, they can't check folks already working for them, only future hires.

E-verify only claims to be 90 something percent accurate. I guess the system can occasionally be beat with forged documents or with another persons social security card. Oh, and this guy has be reported as having several different name variations (aliases).

An American worker wins every time an illegal alien is turned away through E-verify.
