i talked to a supposed lawyer for the SPLC one day last month and he could not tell me why the law was unconstitutional. he just said they have human rights, over and over.
i told him that yeah everyone does, and i said america has laws that we expect everyone to follow, not just a specific group of people.
told him about the 1940 immigration law that allows peace officers to stop anyone, at anytime and ask for papers. i said that the alabama law, taken after az1070 says it can only happen during traffic stops or when arrested.
    he couldnt say nothing
