Prosecutor wont seek death because of national origin

Cpl Cesar Laurean may be hiding in his native mexico, therefore NC prosecutor promises that if mexico sends him back ,he will not seek death penalty. Therefore , because they want to appease mexico he will get different treatment than other people convicted of murder. This could open the door for lawsuits of present and future death row inmates in North Carolina that can say everyone is not being treated the same.Marine Cesar Laurean is accused of murdering Maria Lauterbach and her unborn baby and burning, then burying her in his yard.He (according to the newspapers) is a natrualized US resident.I have no simpathy for murders and believe in the death panaty because in some cases prisoners in non death penalty states have escaped and killed again.

Once again a murder escapes to Mexcio and we have to pander and promise corrupt Mexico that we will not seek the death penality in order for this guy to be extradited back to this country to face justice for his crimes.

I do not know what else to say.

Now hold the Dog gone Phone, the indictments haven’t even been handed down yet,
They can promise to Mexico all they want on one charge, then do a back end run on another charge.

Buy the way DHolmes7 there are about 7 other threads on this scum bag do you have a link to this info. Or....
