    SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – A local congressman is meeting with dozens of undocumented immigrant families who entered the U.S. illegally.

    Representative Juan Vargas is visiting the Border Patrol facility just hours after CBS News 8 received reports that some of the children were being taken to other locations for processing.

    Some of the mothers and children were in federal court in downtown San Diego today, and have been released here. They are free to leave town for parts unknown. (Never to be seen again?)
    On TV News they interviewed a guy who drove down from Riverside to pick up his sister and her 3 kids. He was born here and is a citizen. The father got separated from the family and is still in Texas with no way to contact them.
    The guy from the court said they have to have someone pick them up, or send them money for a ticket to where they are going in order for them to get released by the immigration court.
    No one said where they would be held until release or where they go if no one sends them money for a ticket or picks them up.
