Virginia County Votes to Deny Services to Illegal Immigrants
By IAN URBINA and MARIA NEWMAN
A Virginia state panel yesterday rejected a controversial proposal to create the country’s first state-run facility where illegal immigrants arrested for certain crimes could be held while awaiting trial or until federal officials deport them.
In Prince William County, supervisors unanimously voted early this morning — after a 12-hour, emotionally charged debate — to move forward with a plan to deny certain county services to illegal immigrants and to direct the police to enforce immigration laws.
The two moves are part of a wave of actions taken by local and state authorities here that has made Virginia a testing ground for some of the strictest policies in the nation to curb illegal immigration.
“Residents of our state are really frustrated when an illegal alien commits a crime and that person is let go after serving time, and we’re trying to correct that problem,â€Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn

It was a late night and there were a couple small skirmishes before dark, but for the most part it was tamed well. We left around 3:15 am and watched a group throw feces at the minivan in front of us. I was happy to see that simply for the fact that the immigrant community showed their colors all night long and if that person was at all "for" the immigrants, I believe their judgement was swayed.
I really didn't hear the immigrant side come up with anything credible to help their cause for the hour or two I was inside. The usual oral junk was thrown around. One I remember clearly and still question the validity of the three minutes it wasted, " My kids come home from school and tell me how their friends say that they're scared their mom and dad are going to get picked up. This is racism." I would so love to break that statement down on a blackboard and explain to her why she should be served three lumps per syllable for her ignorance.
WAY TO GO PRINCE WILLIAM BOARD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like you'll have a chance at a job in the county next year.
