Two lesbians from Queens have won a two-year battle to stay together in the U.S. — becoming among the first to benefit from the feds’ new deportation policy.

Argentinian-born Monica Alcota, 36, an antique furniture restorer, faced being booted out of the country for overstaying her tourist visa even though she’s married to an American citizen.

But this week officials told the couple’s lawyer Alcota’s deportation case was closed Nov. 30.
