PROVIDENCE –– The angry men and women flooded through the marble hallways of the State House Wednesday night, an estimated 500 strong, united in a simple message against government spending and new taxes.

It had long been a theme on talk radio airwaves and in Governor Carcieri’s news conferences. But never before had it been delivered in such force inside the state Capitol by ordinary Rhode Islanders.

these goof balls in political office just has No Idea how Pissed the American Citizen is ..... it's going to get worse... by a long shot...

you havent seen the worst of the down turn yet and if you think you have seen the worse part of this mess, you havent been watching whats going on in the back ground

I agree I think people are really getting angry. I only personally know one person who voted for Obama and they are not happy at all. Other than the leaches, unions etc. the taxpayers are ticked off.

Congratulations RI! You have guts!


We ALL need to peaceable storm the White House and demand Obama's impeachment. And we need to do this before, our government has completely dominated us.

Anyone who is not a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN" is a national security risk. The FRAMERS knew exactly what they were writing.

...PA Taxpayers did the same at their state capitol in Harrisburg, this past Tuesday, June 9th......several hundred PA taxpayers from around the state...including an out-of-work contractor from Pittsburgh who rode 6 hours on his motorcycle to get there....all demanding that the state legislature hold the line on new taxes, cut spending and balance the budget as required by law....no more taxes, no new programs....enough is enough
