    Chart shows percent of elapsed time when there is a radio transmission on the Naco Border Patrol Station radio network. Some experts claim that when a police radio band reaches thirty percent usage, it is considered saturated and more frequencies are needed. ABP reports that between 8:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. today, Feb. 3, 2008, the usage level exceeded 59%. In other words the Border Patrol is very busy today.
