"Raleigh man accused of raping 12-year-old girl

RALEIGH -- Raleigh police accused a 23-year-old man of raping a 12-year-old girl on Saturday.

Marco Baltierra-Carmona of 2120-206 Lawson Dr., Raleigh, faces two counts of first-degree rape. He was being held on $500,000 secured bond, and authorities are checking to see whether he is in the U.S. legally.

Baltierra-Carmona is scheduled to appear in court Monday."
