Let's tell it like it is. What's going on here is good old ANTI-AMERICANISM. Too many of us, in the very recent past, have been afraid that we would be called "prejudiced", that we could look the other way, give them a break, etc. But now, after groups like the Minute Men have stepped forward, it has really helped us.

Would many of us set up a table in front of HOME DEPOT with petitions re driver's license for fear of retribution?

ALSO, how about professionals leaving their employment for the day to join in the May 1 boycott? These same professionals are employed thanks to the benefit of DIVERSITY. So they can have it all. Be here legally, speak english, attend an excellent University [whether by actual high score admission...or if like Berkeley, pass over many who were qualified for admittance, but who would never be admitted due to diversity]. Seems like this is a real conflict...mixing your politics with your workplace..and even leaving it to do this!!!!! But why not, they'll be paid for doing this. There is also Anti-American sentiment when an Asian, for instance, who is born here, is receiving all the benefits of being an American, who also wants to join in these boycotts. What's going on here....ANTI-AMERICAN SENTIMENT. It is rampant. THEY HAVE SHOWN THEIR TRUE COLORS.....Red, White and Green [flags], etc. If we don't begin making our opinions and feelings visible, either by writing our politicians, and/or speaking with our friends about this, we are DOOMED! We know what will happen when 12 million illegals are given amnesty? Most will vote their own ticket into office!

They want land that the Aztecs never knew existed

Who are these people claiming to be "indigenous" Americans?
According to my research, there are no longer any 100% American Indians of any kind. And as the word "Mexican" implies, the people from south of our boarder are at least part European.

Mexico seems to have an advantage over us, having a country populated with illiterate people, it is very simple for them to revise historical events.

And they seem to do it often; For example:

    - The southwest has never been a territory of Mexico, the Aztecs lived far south of the current US - Mexican (imaginary) boarder. Spain however did originally claim the southwest along with Mexico and Central America. The first conquistadors noted and documented the vast difference between southwest Indians and the Aztecs, but I will not go into that.

    - In the year 1519, 508 Spanish conquistadors concord Mexico. (they did have a few muskets, which were actually a hindrance at the time)

    - During their conquest, the Spanish discovered and named Alta (Upper) and Baja (lower) California, - which was unknown territory to the Aztecs and Mayans. (some squatters now claim that "Alta" is Aztec)

    - After 302 years of occupation and finding very little gold, Spain began to loose interest in the new world and sold or granted most of their territory in the southwest to the U.S.

    - Mexico gained independence from Spain in 1821 after they lost interest in the land which was "inhabited by impoverished savages". They were not driven from Mexico, they abandoned it.

    - Spain's withdrawal did not entitle any group of people in or out of that territory to claim title to other territories of Spain.
    - Mexico began barrowing large sums of money from the U.S. France, and Spain to support their impoverished country.

    - If Mexico 'defeated' Spain, why would Spain loan money to them?

    - If Mexico could have actually defeated the Spanish - who had one of the strongest armies of the time and occupied Mexico for over 300 years, How is it that soon after, Mexico surrendered to a hand full of American civilians?

    - After the Mexican-American War (1846-184 Mexico granted part of Texas (which was actually not theirs, it was a Spanish territory occupied by Texan Americans) to the US as a settlement for their debt to the U.S.

    - Similar to the US, France attacked Mexico for their failure to pay or even acknowledge their national debts.

    - Cinco de what? - Mexico lost!

    - The 5th of May actually commemorates the one victory of the Mexican militia over a French regiment at The Battle of Pueblo in 1862. Although when the real French army arrived 1 year later they defeated the Mexican army, took over Mexico City and installed Maximilian as the ruler of Mexico from 1864 to1867.

    - Once the American Civil War was over, the U.S. began to provide more political and military assistance to Mexico to expel the French from the continent; it had nothing to do with Mexican independence.

    - you are welcome Mexico!
Democrat or Republican, they are all politicians.
