And in the 1970's, with rare exceptions, everyone could go to college who wanted to, everyone could find a good job who needed or wanted one, and everyone could live on their earnings if they had a full-time job. In the 1970's, we desegregated the schools, worked on civil rights, and women started having a real chance at equality in law and the work force. These were solid, secure and optimistic times for Americans with everything that mattered moving in the right direction, despite a War in Vietnam, an Energy Crisis and Watergate. In spite of all this, our people were still full of hope and energy, could see clear paths for their own futures and were striving to end the war, solve the energy dilemma and yes, even protect our environment, while pursuing civil rights and equal rights for our citizens.

Then came massive immigration and free trade treason and look what you moronic traitors have done to our nation. We're in a shambles, a wreck, a declining nation that's overwhelmed and bankrupt by what you have done. And yes, that's every member of Congress who ever voted for 1 million green cards a year and/or approved one of these treasonous trade agreements.

And you still don't get the fact that there aren't just 11.4 million illegal aliens in the United States, there's that many in California, there are 20 million or more (lots more).

Every American needs to remember this at all times, you can't believe one statistic from the US government, not on unemployment, spending, immigration, illegal aliens, trade, or anything else. Every American needs to carry a pencil, a pad, and a calculator, and use their brains to discern by simple 8th grade math, the lies, the deceptions, the tricks, plots and schemes of this government.

Where are those 300 republican bills that Boehner said would be resurrected that he said was in Reid's drawer last December ?. How many of those would cut legal and illegal immigration? Why is McConnell voting for people he promised that their nomination would not see light of day? Has Boehner figured out that McConnell is taking care of Reid rather than Boehner? Or has Boehner joined the crowd, too, since he seems to not be able to defeat? There is something amiss about all this, promises are not being talked about let alone being kept. Two parts of one party in Washington is not working for middle America.

Anyone who trusts that anyone or any party in the U.S. Congress is looking out for them has been keeping company with Rip Van Winkle.

'Bamacrats want more immigration, because a large majority of new arrivals will vote Democrat. The Repub leadership wants more immigration, to give their big-money donors the additional surplus labor that those donors covet.

Boehner and other Repub leaders will huff and puff, but in truth they are using 'Bama as cover to hide their true intentions. Then they get on the phone and tell their big-money donors that all is well.
