You know, I keep hearing this, but I've yet to hear anyone actually tell us how offering a path to citizenship to illegal immigrants is going to solve the problem. It simply stands to reason that giving amnesty to illegals will only encourage more. It's rather simplistic, don't you think, to just legalize all the illegals and then say problem solved - no more illegals.
