Tuesday on Newsmax TV’s “America’s Forum,” Rep. Ted Poe (R-TX) predicted the Obama administration’s attempt to get the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to block U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen’s injunction stopping the president’s executive amnesty will fail.

Poe said, because “the administration did not allow public input into his executive order,” it breaks federal law.

He concluded, “I think this circuit will rule with the judge in south Texas. I really do. Then eventually there will be a trial, if it will be a permanent injunction or not. I think the administration will lose this battle.”
