We, the people need to do our part. We need to avoid any businesses that employ illegals or any products they produce - at least as much as we can. They are so entwined in our economy, it will take some doing.

If we could get some to return home because they have no jobs, that's a good thing.

If, when they choose to take it to court (and many will), we have removed their jobs - that will be one talking point they don't have.

I'm sure the immigration lawyers have been devising their plan of attack since PE Trump began his run. I'm betting we taxpayers will foot the bill for their lawyers - so every thing we can do, we should.

It would be good if the government told illegals if they return home on their own, they can sell any properties, keep any belongings (that Mexico will let them bring back) and no problem.

Then tell them if they don't return home voluntarily, they will be investigated and every infraction will be charged, from fake documents, tax evasion, maybe welfare fraud, etc.

We have got to stop pretending this isn't a crime - or that it is a victimless crime.

Also, I have never understood the idea that those who have been here for a long time, should get to stay. I know of no other crime that rewards someone for continuing to commit that crime for a longer period of time.

Again, how did we get to this point and can we find our way back?

Yes, and this is a real amnesty. Not the fake amnesty offered up by the enablers of illegal immigration. Immunity from prosecution, but not to just keep the proceeds of criminal trespass.
