Repatriation Flights for Illegal Immigrants Back In the Air

Those flights to return illegal immigrants to Mexico are up and running again.

It's a joint effort between the U.S. and Mexico to repatriate people from Mexico's interior.

Yesterday's first trip of the season flew 115 Mexican nationals to Mexico City.

From there, they were put on buses to their home towns.

The goal is to prevent the revolving door of illegal immigration.

The program will continue with up to two flights a day out of Tucson International Airport through September.
