funny , immgration is one of THE hottest issues in the country , you'd think they'd cover it ...

Can someone please explain something to me? They said most of the men were "returned to Mexico." (At least they did in one article I read).

Please don't tell me these men were simply deported. Caught and released across the border? Surely they must be being held in a Mexico jail or detention? Sorry for the stupid question, but it seems completely insane if they released these criminals back in Mexico.

Shouldn't they be considered spies? Coming onto American soil in fake military uniforms?????????????????

Sounds like someone in a position of authority just wants this story to go away. These terrorists have already been sent back to mexico. Foreign invaders impersonating American military is a serious offense. Why were these terrorists not arrested and prosecuted? Can you imagine what would happen in most other countries if one were to pull a stunt like this? It’s almost certain they wouldn’t be released back to the invading country in a matter of hours!

Horrible indeed, no words can express such unethical nightmare.

That's what I don't understand. Why weren't they arrested on the spot, put in American jail, and interrogated by ICE and Homeland Security??? This is a HUGE breach of National security.

I cannot believe this is being swept under the rug!
What is going on????

In war persons caught wearing the uniforms of the other side was held as spies tried and convicted as so sometimes leading to the death penalty.They should be tried as spies and treated as such.

because they are mexican, out government instead of arresting and taking them before a judge simply takes them back to the border and they are escorted to the entrance to mexico to make sure they re-enter mexico
