Illegal Alien Featured in Newspaper Article Arrested

In a Tulsa World newspaper article (3/16/2005) illegal alien Gloria Rubio proudly admitted she was an illegal alien. She encouraged other illegal aliens to pay taxes using an ITIN number, an IRS sponsored substitute for a Social Security Number.
However, the story backfired as anonymous letter sent to the Oklahoma City Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office complained and an ICE spokesperson agreed stating "People here illegally should not feel so far from prosecution that they can be featured on the front page of a newspaper with immunity."
Editors and writers should be aware that stories featuring illegal aliens can have consequences to those who blatantly flaunt the law!

What happens
