Are Mexicans the only ones raping children? Of course not. Are Mexicans more likely to rape your granddaughter (or grandson)? Absolutely.

Do you or anyone you know have daughters or granddaughters UNDER THE AGE of 12? There are too many instances of Mexicans raping young children in this country surfacing to ignore. Anywhere from the age of 2 to 92. They just love raping defenseless children. You have been warned.

In recent months, there seems to have been an explosion of reported child sexual assaults committed by Mexican nationals, in this country illegally.
But, why?

The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of illegal aliens, may lie in the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age.

Article 261 of Mexico's Federal Criminal Code states:

”Whoever, without the purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act on a person under 12 or on a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist, or demands that the act is performed, will be punished with a term of 2 to 5 years in prison.”

In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 in the following Mexican states:

-Hidalgo
-Jalisco
-Michoacan
-Morelos
-Oaxaca

The age of consent is 15 in Mexico state, 13 in Yucatan and Zacatecas, the age of consent is actually listed as "puberty" in Nayarit and 14 in the seven remaining Mexican states.

Unfortunately, the culture of having sex with young girls is carried with many Mexican men as they cross into this country (illegally).

In order to bring charges of rape in most Mexican states, the law basically requires that the girl prove that she is a virgin (the law states that only those who seduce "chaste and honest" girls shall be prosecuted), and that the charge of statutory rape be dropped if the rapist wishes to marry his victim.

Of course, when discussing the issue of illegal immigration, this dirty little secret is never talked about by our politicians, nor is the impact that such an attitude towards the abuse of children could have on this nation by offering amnesty to millions of Mexican nationals.

Mexican Federal Law

If the offender uses moral or physical violence, an extra half term is added to the initial time.

The majority of the sex offenders have convictions for sexual assault crimes involving children, some of which include: sexual assault of a child; second degree felony child sexual contact; lewd or lascivious acts with a child; aggravated sexual assault of a child; and third degree felony sexual exploit of a minor.

The girl’s cell phone held six videos of Guillen-Martinez and “approximately 533” pictures of the girl doing actions that Guillen-Martinez directed her to do, according to the request to search his apartment at 1616 Maplewood Lane in Greensboro.

27 Illegal Aliens Convicted of Child Sex Crimes Arrested Near Mexican Border

27 illegal immigrants and convicted sex offenders were apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol agents in February. 15 illegal immigrants who are members of violent street gangs were also taken into custody that month. The arrests happened in the Rio Grande Valley area.

Two additional men, one convicted for murder and another convicted for voluntary man slaughter, were also arrested in the area that month.

11 of the arrested gang members belong to the Los Angeles-based Mara Salvatrucha gang, better known as MS-13. The four others men were members of the 18th Street gang.

Man who groped girl at Bessie Weller school office convicted on sex charge

STAUNTON — A man who groped an 11-year-old girl at Bessie Weller Elementary School in September pleaded guilty Thursday in Staunton Circuit Court to aggravated sexual battery of a minor.

In a plea agreement with the Staunton Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, Oscar O. Millan, 25, of Staunton, was sentenced to 20 years in prison with 19 years and two months suspended, giving him 10 months to serve. Millan also was placed on 20 years of probation.

Assistant prosecutor Anne Reed said Millan was at Bessie Weller on Sept. 23 with a woman and two of her children, which included an 11-year-old girl. Reed said the children were being enrolled at the school.

During the enrollment process, a bookkeeper at the school saw Millan grab the girl’s breast while they were in an office. The girl took Millan’s hand and removed it, placing it at his side, Reed said.

“He attempted to put his hand back a second time” but the girl stopped him, Reed said.

The bookkeeper reported the incident, and Staunton authorities charged Millan with the felony on Halloween. A Staunton grand jury indicted Millan in January.

Reed said Virginia’s recommended sentencing guidelines called for a sentence of anywhere between one year and 10 months behind bars to five years and a month, but Reed said she deviated downward from the recommendation because the victim would not participate in the case “and did not want the defendant prosecuted.”

A conviction for aggravated sexual battery can carry up to 20 years in prison.

Reed also noted that Millan is in the United States illegally, and said officials from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have placed a detainer on the defendant and will deport him following his release from custody.

Reed said she doesn’t know where Millan will be deported to when released.

Held since his Oct. 31 arrest, Millan will be credited with time served.

Illegal alien charged with raping 3-year-old in North Carolina

Winston-Salem police were called to an apartment on Bruce Street. At that time they were told a man entered the apartment about 3:40 a.m., sexually assaulted a 5-year-old and fled.

During the course of their investigation, detectives learned that the child is actually, only 3-years-old.

Of course, this is only the latest in a very long series of sex crimes against North Carolina's children, at the hands of illegal aliens.
