These pro-immigration Republicans are mixed up, confused and dead wrong.

Mike Rounds

We are.
But there is a difference between the H-2Bs, which we really need in a lot of parts of our country because of the need for workers during the warmer part of the year and so forth, and the tourism industry and so forth. That part, we are looking at and saying we need more of those workers. They come in, work, and then they go home again.
We have millions of Americans especially young Americans all over our own country who would love to work these jobs in the "warmer part of the year" in the fun tourism industry. You bring them in, they work, and then they go home again. Why doesn't that work for you? What you're promoting makes no sense given the facts and reality of available workers in the United States.
