A Mason bar owner could be brewing more controversy.

While the owner of the Pleasure Inn appeals a ruling that a sign in his window must come down.

He's added another one. It reads, "Try English. It works for us."

The Ohio Civil Rights Commission ruled the sign, "For service, speak English" must come down because it's discrimination in a public place.

The owner's attorney argues people who don't speak English have never been denied service.

The appeal hearing is set for later this month.
