    Here's the damage:

Damage to public trust and community safety is a result of lack of enforcement of immigration laws. Our immigration laws are not broken. Enforcement of immigration laws will strengthen border security, enforce the rule of law and deport illegal aliens in order to restore trust between public officials and US citizens and legal residents. Enforcement of immigration laws will also greatly enhance public safety and national security.

I like my idea of CIR better.
