A brother and sister have pleaded guilty to harboring undocumented workers at their restaurants in Farmington and Greece.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says 33-year-old J. Guadalupe Hernandez and his sister 32-year-old Felisita Hernandez entered guilty pleas to charges of conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens, harboring an illegal alien, and pattern and practice.

Prosecutor said the brother and sister used undocumented employees at El Jimador Mexican Restaurant in Farmington and Molcajetes Mexican Grill in Greece between February 2014 and December 2015 and provided housing for them in Farmington and Geneva.

"In addition to providing housing, Guadalupe and Felisita Hernandez paid the aliens in cash in order further to conceal their employment," prosecutors say.

The two defendants face up to ten years in prison. They will be sentenced in January.
