If we build a border fence, it better be one hell of a fence because just a fence will not stop the illegals or the drug cartel. They just tunnel under, drive through it, go over it or cut it down, even with blow torches.

And by saying this about border fencing he has given us the illustration we need to show between Republicans like Perry and Republicans that give a real damn about average American citizens suffering from this invasion.

WE need to do as Ron Paul suggested and put troops on the border only this time give them fire power. Putting national guard on the border with no guns is crazy.

It should be obvious to all by now that Perry is not the answer but part of the problem.

the fence is not designed to stop Illegal Immigration; it is designed to slow it down so the border patrol can get enough of a force at the breach site to respond in a safe and effective manner

Perry doesnt even want to slow them down and right now it could appear to some that 10 key stone cops are chasing 1000's of bad guys

I agree .. that border is out of control; send in the National Guard

Put me in charge of the border wall/fence, and I guarantee no one will get through, over or under it.
