Ridding U.S. Of Criminal Illegal Immigrants


Finally ending the longtime practice of releasing criminal illegal aliens who complete U.S. prison sentences, a new federal program has identified thousands who will instead be deported.

In its short existence, the Criminal Alien Program has found nearly 12,000 incarcerated illegal aliens across the country in both state and federal prisons. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers now monitor jails nationwide to ensure that offenders in the country illegally are not released into the community by securing a removal order prior to the end of the prison sentence.

Before the implementation of the much-needed program, thousands of criminals were annually released because local law enforcement officials claim inmates’ immigration status is the federal government’s to identify. The consequences have been costly for U.S. taxpayers who fund the incarceration of repeat offenders and deal with the risk of living next to them.

ICE estimates that more than half a million alien criminals in U.S. jails have not been identified for removal and that another 275,000 are at large. The Homeland Security agency is particularly concerned about aliens held in state and county facilities that get released before ICE officers identify them.

One of the more innovative arguments against the Criminal Alien Program, Is that it will lead illegal immigrants to stop reporting child abuse or domestic violence to protect husbands and fathers from deportation. The head of a radical Chicano group called Mexican American Political Association, Nativo Lopez, took it a step further in saying that the program weakens and eliminates civil liberties.

The 47-year-old California-based group demands legal rights for all Latinos, including illegal immigrants, and organizes massive marches in an effort to intimidate lawmakers into passing legislation that grants them. The organization’s leader actually changed his name from Larry to Nativo in order to sound more Mexican and ethnic and American Patrol says he is a life-long ethnic hustler and advocate for the disastrous illegal alien invasion of the United States.

Can someone please tell me how it is that people in this country illegally have rights? Our Constitution was written for American citizens, wasn't it? I see at least they admit child abuse and domestic violence comes along with illegal aliens. If our laws were enforced all of them would be gone and crime would be greatly reduced! The thought they want to protect illegal aliens who commit child abuse and domestic abuse is frightening.

We need to get very serious about this problem. My solution is as follows:

Make hiring illegal aliens a felony with a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 15 years and a mandatory minimum fine of $100,000.00 per incident. The employer would then be forced to make certain the people they hire are here legally. They will not have the option of claiming they didn't know their new hire was an illegal alien, a loophole used now.

Make being in America illegally a felony with a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 15 years and a minimum $100,000.00 fine. The felony would disallow any illegal immigrant any future chance of citizenship once deported to their native country. Any money that person earns in the future in their native country can be tapped to pay off the fine. Even if we couldn't collect we at least would not have to deal with another illegal alien and the cost associated with them.

The answer is very simple. By enforcing these laws billions of American tax payer dollars would no longer be needed to house, feed, provide medical care and legal assistance for those who enter our country illegally. It is currently estimated that at least 1 million people still cross over our borders illegally each year. Add to that number the very generous volume of visas, etc. that provide for legal entry to America.

The money we save from playing this very dangerous game of "wide open borders" could then be used to build a wall or fence across our borders and provide military or armed guards to keep watch. They must be given authority to stop anyone who attempts to come over or under the fence, either with real bullets, rubber bullets, taser guns or whatever it takes to make the invader retreat. Cut out all the loop holes and start protecting America!

Americans have the Constitutional right to be protected from invasion. We pay billions of dollars to our government to do exactly that. Their first obligation is to us. Our government officials should not be taking time in session, time we pay them for, to protect those who have entered our country illegally. They are hired by American citizens and those citizens should be their one and only concern! It is up to us to demand our government serve us and protect us. That's their job!

My recommendations may seem harsh but if enforced and not polluted by politicians claiming human rights for people who shouldn't even be here, this plan would work immediately and millions of illegal aliens would go home on their own. We wouldn't even have to provide transportation!

What about our human rights? What about our civil rights? To watch our government in action you would think we have none. Who is going to change that if not "We The People?" Our President has made fools of us. He assured Vicente Fox our Guards would not be armed. The drug runners are testing our Guards and proven what they can get away with! Now Bush wants an immigration overhaul with no regard for Americans, or our natural resources, our laws and our Constitution! . If he gets his way we will be overrun as a result of the Family Reunification Program and the anchor baby law which has been misapplied anyway. If we don't fight back now it will be too late. Clearly the illegal alien population is using, as is Bush, the sympathy factor to get their way. Recently, one illegal alien leader has come out and DEMANDED amnesty for all illegal aliens. This person looked right into the TV camera and repeated...HE IS DEMANDING amnesty. It's about time the American people start DEMANDING their laws be enforced, their Constitution be upheld and their money be spent on them, not illegal aliens!

All of the laws should be enforced equally, regardless of race, religion, and/or national origin. That is with the exception of mexicans, and they should be above the law and exempt from the law. And the only purpose that a tonto gringo serves is to pay taxes to support the superior and noble mexican.

Anyone who disagrees with this philosophy is a Xenophobic Racist.
