The gunfire, which left three people dead, broke out around noon Monday when Mexican federal agents chased a van full of people carrying assault weapons in the town of Rio Bravo, across the border from Donna, Texas, according to a government statement.

The army and federal police sent reinforcements after the suspects took shelter and began detonating grenades, Federal Public Safety assistant secretary Jose Patricio Patino told reporters Tuesday.

Yes..BUT the point is..This bunch had Shoulder Fire Grenade Launchers and automatic weapons..and engaged in a running battle for two days with Federales and Mexican Army..15 miles south of McAllen Tx...
Where did those guns come from? If the "residents" freely move between their "residence" in the US and Mexico..and drugs flow over the border..what about those guns?
I called my Congress-person and asked that the source, destination of those guns be traced..Only 1% of cargo at our Ports is checked...A few years ago, at Port of Los Angeles...the Customs seized an entire cargo container full of automatic rifles bound from Mexico or..maybe inside the US..
Those guns..paramilitaries ..drug runners were On The Border...and at least two of them were based out of an American city..operating cross border at will...
