Chilling 911 Call Reveals Woman's Terrifying Road Rage Ordeal: 'He's Trying to Kill Me!'

by Inside Edition4:02 PM EST, November 18, 2016

A woman who she says endured 25 minutes of pure road rage hell is speaking out, telling Inside Edition that the experience was the scariest time of her life.

“This 25 minutes was the scariest of my life," Fatima Tsouli said.

Tsouli called 911 after she says an unknown man in another car rammed her vehicle as she was driving in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“A guy's hitting into the back of me, trying to kill me on the road.

He's flipping me off, he's still swerving,” she told 911 during the incident. “He's right behind me, hitting me.”

She says she was hit seven times during the whole ordeal.

“Ma'am, I need you to take a deep breath and calm down so we can help you," the 911 dispatcher said during the call.

“I'm on a high-speed chase, getting rammed into, going 45 miles an hour. I'm not gonna be calm, I’m not gonna be collected. I'm scared; I’m in fear of my life!" Tsouli told Inside Edition.

At one point, the other car hit her vehicle so hard, she dropped her cellphone, Tsouli said.

“I'm trying to maintain my speed of 45 miles an hour, grab my phone as he's ramming into the back of me. Rammed into the back of me again, I hit my face on the steering wheel,” she recalled to Inside Edition.

She says she tried to pull over and get away but the other car sideswiped her.

“It was super-scary and I didn't know if I was going to make it out alive,” she recalled.

Another driver saw what happened and called 911.

“There is a black sedan that crossed over the line and is driving completely erratically, speeding, passing people and almost hit a head-on collision with a car that it forced off the road," the witness said.

Tsouli said she was able to breathe a sigh of relief when police arrived on the scene.

“I actually stopped in the middle of the road and I saw him crash into the cop car and a white SUV,” she recalled. “I told them that I was ok, I was shaken up, I had no shoes on and I was in the middle of the street, crying, so I was very terrified.”

The driver of the car was identified by police as 25-year-old Joel Moses, who was arrested at the scene.

He was charged with DUI, reckless driving and aggravated assault.

    He has pleaded not guilty.

Scottsdale PD: Road rage suspect attempts suicide in jail

    Friday, November 11th 2016, 11:42 am PSTSaturday, November 12th 2016, 12:58 pm PST

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (KPHO/KTVK) - A man who was arrested following a road rage incident Thursday tried to kill himself in his jail cell, Scottsdale police said.

Police identified the suspect as Jowen Noel Moses, 25, of Bylas, AZ. They released his booking photo on Saturday.

Moses was transported to the Scottsdale City Jail Thursday evening after what police called a road rage incident.

Sgt. Ben Hoster said a woman called 911 around 6:20 p.m., claiming a man was ramming her car as she drove west near Thomas and Scottsdale roads.
A Scottsdale officer spotted the suspect's black sedan at 48th Street and Thomas Road and tried to pull him over. The driver pulled into a parking lot, made a U-turn, sped off and drove the wrong way through a red light, Hoster said. He then hit an SUV, spun out and struck a stopped Scottsdale police car.

Hoster said officers arrested Moses after a "combative incident."

"The suspect did not want to go into custody," Hoster added.

Shortly after 8 p.m., Moses was taken to a local hospital after trying to commit suicide in his cell, Hoster said. He did not release further details.

At this time, Moses is still in the hospital. He will be booked into jail after he is released.

Police said alcohol was a factor in the road rage incident.
