    Cornell and Vanderhoef stressed that the county was not targeting undocumented immigrants, rather, unlicensed contractors who might be hiring undocumented workers

    AND WHY THE HELL AREN'T THEY TARGETING UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS!!! THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM. THEIR OF COURSE AFRAID THEY'LL LOSE THE HISPANIC VOTE!!!

    I LIVE NEAR ROCKLAND ITS A RICH NEIOBOR HOOD WHICH COULD MORE THAN AFFORD TO HIRE LEGAL PEOPLE, BUT WHY WHEN YOU CAN GET THESE PEOPLE FOR A 1/4 OF THE PRICE.

    NOW THE LEGAL GUY HASN'T A CHANCE WHEN THEY GET UNDER BID BECAUSE ILLEGALS ARE HERE!!
