    I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE FULL TEXT OF PROPOSED BILLS SHOULD ALSO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE TEXT OF SOME BILLS ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. THIS HAPPENED RECENTLY BUT I CANT REMEMBER WHICH BILL IT WAS. THERE WERE SO MANY
