    A federal judge ruled Friday that criminal indictments stemming from the May 2008 immigration raid at the Agriprocessors plant in Postville won’t be dismissed because they were not the result of antisemitism.

    The Rubashkins did not operate their business in the best of Jewish tradition and it is outrageous that they should try to excuse their behaviour behind claims of Anti Semitism. Their meat may have been kosher their behavior certainly was not.
