    The S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has moved to temporarily shut down the Monterrey Mexican Restaurant on Killian Road in Northeast Richland for violating the state’s illegal immigration law.


    The department suspended the restaurant’s business license for 10 days following what it claimed were “repeated violations.â€
