Man dies after neighbor assaults him with golf club

MOUNT CLEMENS — Steve Tocco, a 44-year-old Mount Clemens man, is now dead after his 22-year-old neighbor attacked him with a golf club.

The dispute occurred during the evening hours of Aug. 14 when the men got into a dispute over an undetermined matter related to the suspect’s dog, said Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel. Both lived in an apartment complex located on Comet Street in Mount Clemens.

According to Hackel, after the argument, the suspect, Alberto Barajas-Enriquez, left his apartment, removed a golf club from his truck, entered Tocco’s home without permission, and struck him several times.

Tocco placed a 911 call at 6:50 p.m. that day, explaining what had occurred.

“The victim called us and said that he had been struck by his neighbor and said that he had a head injury,â€

Now I fully understand why Sen. Kennedy allows these people to run loose in our country. I'm supprised he's not down there bailing him out so he can get away with the murder for 30 years.

You know his nephew, Michael Skakel beat his neighbor Martha Moxlie to death with a golf club.

No big deal to Kennedy if an illegal aliens does it.

Wow Dixie isn't that the truth. Without conscience and without morals.

I used to be able to read these stories and just get angry. Now I find myself in tears more and more often. This story brought me to tears.

I said it in another thread, and I'll say it again here. ALL RACES are capable of violence, but certain cultures and social classes...and I'll spell it out...HISPANIC CULTURES AND SOCIAL CLASSES...seem more violent than others.

I'm disgusted by their sick, violent, hateful ways. I want them out of here. I hate them.

How many more Americans have to die at the hands of these evil-doers?
