    The people that actually pay taxes have been bailing out of California at a smart pace. This leaves the illegals that need to be supported and the the people that work under the table.

    yes, get ready for the influx Arnold, maybe real soon you will just be able to turn your problem over to Mexican government! After all soon it will be mostly Mexican citizens residing there. Problem solved! right!

    The bright side....Calif. Legislatures state and fed. would be in the Mexican Legislature instead of ours
