Yes, it is invasive, but lawyers likely would argue that now with a fence built that the 13 feet referenced had been ceded to Mexico. However in combination with all other should be called invasions over the past 20 years, response to invasion as many responses to such behavior historically by a neighboring nation presents an 800# gorilla on our side of the fence/border. A gorilla that NO politician has talked about in these twenty years of doing nothing. Millions of would/could be combatants already have been allowed to congregate ON OUR side of the border. As I see it, short of deportation of masses of aliens done quietly as possible, traditional response to invasion cannot be done without endangerig humdreds of thousands of Americans. All caused by not enforcing immigeation law in 1986. This is why all in Washington needs to go, replaced by others wlling to talk about and do something about past errors in judgement.

Meanwhile, Americans die and are raped by aliens daily, same as they would in a traditional response to being invaded. What price soverignty? Are we willing to pay similarly for it as our founding fathers did?
