I saw this information on the ICE website. Perhaps we can help by making sure this information gets to the organizations that can spread the word. Or perhaps copies can be handed out.
Notice there are links to information and pamphlets in Spanish as well.

ICE Scheduled Departure Program for non-criminal fugitive aliens
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Scheduled Departure Program is a method of enforcing orders of removal without the arrest and detention of non-criminal fugitive aliens.
If you are an immigration fugitive and have questions about whether you qualify for the Scheduled Departure Program, you may call 1-866-880-6344 toll free. ICE staff can answer your questions in English or Spanish. The ICE Office of Public Affairs is available to provide more information to the news media. The ICE Office of Congressional Relations has provided a briefing on the Scheduled Departure Program to members of Congress and is available to answer any further questions.
The pilot program is scheduled to take place from August 5 – 22, 2008, in five cities:

* Chicago, Illinois
* Santa Ana, California (Los Angeles area)
* Phoenix, Arizona
* San Diego, California

Entering the building
All fugitive aliens participating in the ICE Scheduled Departure Program will be required to:
* Check in and comply with security personnel
* Go through a metal detector when entering building
Please bring with you:
* Photo ID in order to get into the building
* Any ICE documentation you have received
* National ID or Passport
* Any flight preparations that may have been prepared or requested
Do not bring:
* Bags
* Food
* Beverages
* Cell phones
* Cameras
* Lighters
* Weapons
