    There are lots of American children who's parents are locked up in jail or prison. These children are separated from their parents because the parents committed a crime. To allow Elvira to stay in the country would not be fair to American children who have been separated from their parents since she has also committed crimes.

    Hmmmmmm...let me get this straight. This woman came into the country illegally (criminal offense #1), used fake documents to get jobs, health care, and more (criminal offense #2), and is using her child to garner support (criminal offense #3-child abuse) so she can stay in the countyr illegally? Thoe sound like three good reasons to go get her and ship her sorry butt back across the border so she can be with her child.

    AngryTX you forget one. She was caught here working illegally was deported and then returned.
    I have a plan. I volunteer with the Police Athletic League and am an assistant baseball coach. One of the boys on my team has a father in jail and there are many others in the same predicament. May be I should get their stories and tell the media how the media is favoring Elvira. These kids I know are African American and their mothers are doing everything they can to feed and cloth their children and keep their kids out of trouble. Elivra's son has it alot better off than those kids do. He travels, gets clothes, has a play station and a X box and who knows what else the bleeding hearts have given he. Elvira and her son are also living rent free. We really should help our own first.
