Stop chewing qat if you want to immigrate to US, Yemenis told

Sana’a: The US embassy in Sana'a on Sunday said that it would not allow Yemenis, who are addicted to qat, to enter United States as immigrants.
The embassy considers qat - a plant known to stimulate senses when chewed and used daily by most of Yemenis - as an illegal drug, a diplomat source at the embassy told Gulf News.
Immigrant-visa applicants should prove that they have stopped taking qat at least three years ago, the source said. This rule will not be applicable for visit-visa applicants, the source said.

WOW! We will not allow Yemenis, who are addicted to qat, to enter United States as immigrants, but our government has no problems in allowing child rapist, murders and god only knows what else to flow like water through our unprotected southern borders and then refuses to do anything about it once they are here.
Glad to see our government has it's priorities in order!Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

But you must admit.....this is an improvement. This time last year they'd have let the Gat Addicts flow in freely right along with the rest of the toe jam and pond scum.
I'm sure in the minds of our government this is a tremendous step in the right direction.....absolutely H-U-G-EJoin our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

No cause for concern though....it's probably a mere reaction to all of those prescription drugs they've been finding in the water, that's all.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
