    The Ealge Forum email supporting the Sessions Amendment also states, "Everyone with HIV/AIDs inside the United States is eligible for free treatment at taxpayer's expense, including noncitizens and even illegal aliens."

    This is going to be a very expensive proposition if the Senate version is allowed to stand!
