Previously deported illegal alien Regino Prado-Barbosa, 40, of Muskogee was sentenced Wednesday to 41 months in federal prison.

After his release, he will have to serve 24 months supervised released.

Prado-Barbosa was sentenced for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien after conviction for an aggravated felony, said U.S. Attorney Sheldon Sperling.

Exactly how does that work? Isn't ICE supposed to deport illegal immigrants once their sentence is served? Almost sounds as if the Judge White doesn't believe in deporting illegal immigrants.

I can live with it!!
