    Their "authority" comes from the tactics they use to intimidate and bully into submission because no one has ever made any effort to stop them.

    But personally, if it were me, I'd be DEMANDING to know just what right they have to any of the information they are seeking because, just because they are "attorneys", does not mean they are necessarily acting within the law.

    Hey, maybe ALIPAC could do a Class-Action suit taking the ACLU to task for being racist against Americans!
