That should have been the New York Times headline for today's article about how the major IT employers have been sued "on claims of conspiring to keep their employees down".

Instead, the Times headline predicted the outcome of a class action suit by U.S. workers against Google, Apple, Intel, and Adobe with these words: "In Silicon Valley Thriller, a Settlement May Preclude the Finale".

Doee The New York Times ever actually acknowledge that illegal aliens are just that. Not immigrants, not job seekers, etc., they're just illegal aliens who need to be apprehended and deported?

The NYT, as well as (who knows how many, thousands?) of other businesses see foreign IT workers (as do the other industries see their workers) as QUICK AND EASY PROFIT.

They know they are breaking immigration laws, and that most of the workers they use will OVERSTAY THEIR VISAS and remain in the USA indefinitely with complete immunity of prosecution with full political protection from the White House to the court house to the jail house.

It has destroyed our work force in ALL industries. What damage these greedy suckers can't export in terms of industry, they import in the form of foreign workers who have ZERO loyalty to the national well-being of the USA.

This is from the Bush years, which were the highest rates in sheer numbers for illegal aliens and visa abuses in the history of the US.

This is just one example of job loss and illegal job market manipulation allowed by our Congress and Senate to go on during Bush's tenure, which has of course been continued during Obama's.
