It is not "busy" but off the hook. I've tried calling off-peak and it is still busy so I don't know what they are up to.....

i dont know what office you called, but i had no problem getting
through in washington and dallas in the late afternoon

Sam dont know what town you are in. but try calling the local office
of both hutchinson and cornyn

apparently Cornyn added an amendment today that said no one convicted of crimes, gang members or anyone like that will be given legal status

Did you ask if she was going to be home Memorial Day week-end. Do you know where she lives? What city? We need to picket her office. I'm in Houston, I can normally get thru on phone at Houston office.

If I can make a suggestion?

A friend and I went to Elizabeth Dole's office one day last year and her assistant that we spoke with was surprised, but seemingly pleased to see us.

He said that not many people take the time to do what we did and actually thanked us for expressing our views.

What we have found over the past few months is that........
just about the ONLY folks going into those offices are FOREIGN lobbyists and Illegal supporters
NOT AMERICANS!!

Can you imagine? We have dropped the ball. We have actually allowed the FOREIGN ENTITIES to do the bidding while we worked and went on with our daily lives.

Can any American - any one of us - sit back knowing this and allow this practice to continue?
I absolutely REFUSE to allow FOREIGN entities to take over MY elected officials offices!!!!

I was calling 202-224-5922. I've already called her local number and her Washington number a few times.

Nice to hear about Cornyn. Then again, I don't want them to make the bill too "passable."

I've tried from several phones (so they aren't blocking my number) several times and it is busy every time. I still think she has the phone off the hook.
