Smuggled Mexican toddler reunited with his parents
ARIZONA DAILY STAR
A 1 1/2-year-old boy from Mexico whom authorities found at a suspected drop house in Tucson this month has been reunited with his parents.
Hector Salvador Michel Felix of Jalisco was found June 12 in the suspected drop house, consulate officials have said.
On Tuesday, consulate officials from Tucson and Nogales worked with the state's Child Protective Services to get the tot back to his parents.
The toddler's parents are believed to have paid to have him smuggled across the border and were planning to cross illegally themselves.

The Parents are in Mexico with the intent of sneaking into the U.S.
Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

Sounds like a case of child abuse or neglect to me! Why would consulate officials from Tucson and Nogales work so hard with the state's Child Protective Services to get the tot back to his parents?
