Lake Charles, La. —

A Honduran man has been arrested by Louisiana State Police detectives and charged with unlawful possession of fraudulent documents for identification purposes and filing a false public record.

Troopers, with assistance from the U.S. Border Patrol, have also determined that Oscar Perdomo-Barrera, 24, is reportedly in the country illegally.
