Sniffer dogs could be banned

POLICE sniffer dogs trained to spot terrorists at railway stations may no longer come into contact with Muslim passengers – after complaints that it is against the suspects’ religion.

A report for the Transport Department has raised the prospect that the animals should only touch passengers’ luggage because it is considered “more acceptableâ€

IF THEY DONT LIKE IT LET THEM GO TO ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT THEY DO LIKE. IMMIGRANTS SHOULD BE WILLING AND ABLE TO ABIDE BY THE LAWS, CUSTOMS AND PRACTICES OF THEIR HOST COUNTRY. IF ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOST COUNTRY IS AGAINST THEIR RELIGION THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THIS UPON ENTRY. THEIR PRESENCE IN THE HOST COUNTRY SHOULD DEPEND ON THEIR WILLINGNESS AND ABILITY TO CONFORM TO THE HOST COUNTRY.

And that sums it up...very nicely.

This and the "offensive" puppy story also posted from England are just outrageous!! Why must we bend our values? Why must our culture adapt to them? Why is their offense at the presence of a dog any more important or deserving of protection than everyone else's right to safety--or to enjoy a cute puppy picture?? Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs are right that political correctness is going to be the death of western culture. We are so busy flagellating ourselves for every perceived slight to insular ethnic or religious groups that government both here and in England is practically impotent.

Furthermore, I know it's not politically-correct to say this, but a group of Muslim who set off explosives in the London Underground.
These radicals are also the ones most suspected to be planning to do it or something like it again. It's absolutely ridiculous to exempt any group from the screening to which everyone else must be subjected!! If they want to use transit, then they must suck it up and deal with the screening like everyone else. For goodness sake, what are we supposed to do--have 500 different rules to apply depending on the race, ethnicity and/or religion of travelers? And wouldn't that be--GASP!! HORROR!! profiling of the sort that sends the PC police into apoplectic fits of rage? Seriously!

Please understand everyone, that Muslims don't consider themselves to be visitors subject to a nation's laws. In their eyes, the entire World belongs to Allah and, therefore, Sharia law is applicable everywhere.

It also might surprise you to learn that, according to many Muslim sects, we're the infidels so WE'RE wrong for wanting to enforce any law that goes against Allah's will.

Are all Muslims this way? No, there are more conservative Muslims. But they will not dare speak out about it, lest they be excommunicated from their mosque and risk physical harm. So, in essence, the inmates run the asylum in Islam. There are many moderate people, but no moderate voices.

Should you think I'm a tad loony for suggesting such things, try this little test. Ask any conservative Muslim (or just any Muslim) you know to stand up at his/her mosque against the killing of Jews or stoning of gays. They won't do it! Even if they're against such things (which many are) they won't dare say anything to change. Muslims take the Koran very seriously and any suggestion for "reforms" is tantamount to treason within their religion.

Europe is also learning (very slowly) that Muslims are very adept at using litigation and PC calls of "Islamophobia" in their favor. They are using the "religious freedom" argument and claiming prejudice, or "Islamophobia", to any law that goes against the Sharia.

The sad part is, their strategy has worked, so far. The only government that has stood up to them is Australia. Sure, the rest of Europe is coming around, now that parts of France have been burned down and the tube in London smells more like London Broil. But will it be enough, given the significantly higher birthrate Muslim immigrants have been practicing for decades? You be the judge.

I knew dogs have a keen sense of smell, but I didn't know they could smell a religion!!!
