LEGAL IMMIGRANTS can usually speak, read and understand English. It's the ILLEGAL ones who would need this "service" and we don't need to cater to these criminals. They need to be arrested and deported, not welcomed here with open wallets and open arms.

I would like to see someone in the legislature of California introduce a bill that ALL TV stations within the borders of the USA that are NOT transmitting in English be strictly regulated, by requiring that ALL of these stations are broadcasted with ENGLISH subtitles, all commercials be in English only and to access these stations, there should be a hefty fee to pay EXTRA to have this divisive junk piped into your home. This would, at least address the problem in California of non-assimilation and help illegals learn to speak English, somewhat.

I also believe that all radio stations should be required to have at least 75% of it's air time, aired in ENGLISH. We need to turn around this race to wipe out OUR native language in favor of SPANISH, (Yes, we know who the greatest pains in the a$$es are) now and begin to stand up as Americans and preserve and protect OUR native language, customs, culture and sovereignty by NOT allowing corporations to determine which language will be dominant here.

Wow! Whoa! Does this person not understand elementary arithmetic? If you outsource and replace a taxpayer's income, how the PUDDING are you not eroding the tax base to pay for this crap?
Oh never mind. We will just print more worthless dollar Treasury obligations and sell them to foreign countries.

We can’t even get ENGLISH as the OFFICIAL language. Seems someone’s priorities are a little misplaced. Is this more legislation sliding through in the dark of night?
