Sotomayor’s Sharp Tongue Raises Issue of Temperament

WASHINGTON — Judge Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama’s Supreme Court choice, has a blunt and even testy side, and it was on display in December during an argument before the federal appeals court in New York. The case concerned a Canadian man who said American officials had sent him to Syria to be tortured, and Judge Sotomayor peppered a government lawyer with skeptical questions.

Hell of a thing to be excusing... is her problem really a personality disorder? No, her fellow court members shouldn't have to put up with her rogue and outlandish behavior. She just doesn't fit the temperment necessary for a Supreme Court Justice.

Great just what we need on the Supreme Court is a Racist with a Personality Disorder..............if she were at least a Multiple Personality one of her Personalities might actually vote fairly and in consideration of our Constitution! Smile
