Southern Baptists Adopt Pro-ILLEGAL Stance for ILLEGALS

Anything to add to the collection plates not to mention the support they hope to receive from ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS and their Special Interest Groups.

Southern Baptists adopt ‘Gospel response’ toward undocumented immigrants

On Wednesday, the Southern Baptist Convention adopted a resolution supporting government efforts to provide paths to citizenship for undocumented immigrants and pledged that churches work toward just treatment of people regardless of legal status, Baptist News reported.

White evangelicals, a category that includes many Southern Baptists, don’t generally take a positive position on undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. They are three times more likely to say “better border securityâ€

Idiots! Dont they know that the border is not being secured to facilitate this invasion?

And even if the border was secured, if illegals are made citizens all future border and immigration enforcement by the US Government will cease under the pressure of the new illegal alien voting block.

Such a scenario would force Americans to turn to violence to try and survive this or slowly run and hide until the entire nation is submerged beneath an unending wave of impoverished peoples from every section of the globe rushing in to pick the gold from the teeth of our corpses.

Don't they have any sympathy for the unemployed American family man? I'm sure that the So. Baptist laypeople have already donated likely billions of dollars to outreaches in Latin America.

These religious leaders live in an increasingly isolated, ivory tower kind of world.

    Thou shall not steal
Thou shall not covet thy neighbors stuff

The Bible is pretty clear on a lot of things, including how God views law breakers. No one who truly reads ALL of the Bible could ever support illegals. I'm really sad by how far so many "Churches" have fallen from the Grace of God.

This has been openly going on for at least five years. You'll find the larger SB churches now have bi-language church services.

WHY is it that our Federal Government is NOT enforcing the very laws passed by voters, the Congress, and the Senate that protect Americans from invasion?

Why is it that organized religion is EXEMPT?

Why is it that public education is EXEMPT?

Are federal government agencies failing to enforce immigration laws and protect Americans EXEMPT?

One thing is for certain, and that is that Americans are NOT EXEMPT from the social, economic, and criminal upheaval this invasion is wreaking on each and every corner of this nation.

The obvious REALLY IS the obvious!

    U.S. Immigration Law

The U.S. immigration laws require deportation of an illegal alien if the alien:

    1. has been convicted of an aggravated felony
    2. has not resided in the United States for a contiguous period of seven years
    3. was not a lawful permanent resident for a contiguous period of five years
    4. would not have been admissible to the United States on security grounds

This applies to the majority of illegal aliens found in gangs. In order to prove evidence of residence lawfully, they would need to show a visa or other federal document allowing their entry into the United States or an approved application for permanent residence in the United States. Few if any illegal aliens have such documents and only a handful of gang members.

Section 274 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, USC 1324 states:

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

    * assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

    * encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

    * knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

City Sanctuary regulations circumvent the law by adopting a don't ask, don't tell policy. A police officer who follows the city regulation to not question a person who he or she suspects is an illegal alien due to probable cause (as in was witness to a previous arrest and subsequent disclosure of illegal alien status or deportation) has placed the officer in violation of Federal Law, and thus that city regulation conflicts with U.S. Immigration law.

It is the responsibility of the U.S. Attorney General, when notified of an entity acting in contravention of U.S. law, to investigate and if necessary bring such organizations before a federal grand jury for possible indictment.

Failure of the U.S. Attorney General to do so, is in of itself, a felony.

    Huckabee: A New American Quisling

Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee joins Senator John McCain and Senator Teddy Kennedy as a leading contestant for the 2005 Quisling of the Year Award. McCain and Kennedy were the clear front-runners with the amnesty bill for twelve million illegals and strong defense of Mexico’s southern border. But lightening struck and Governor Mike came out of nowhere to make it a three-way race in a stunning speech to the LULAC convention in Little Rock (League of United Latin American Citizens).

NEWSFLASH: Exclusive Video of Mike Huckabee Calling for Scholarships and In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens

    VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BxJBUsw ... r_embedded

Rep. Joyce Elliott, D-Little Rock, said she had already planned to file a bill granting instate status to the children of immigrants who live in Arkansas and have applied to state universities. "It’s nice to know we will have an ally in the governor’s office." (Arkansas Democrat-Gazette 1/12/05)

Huckabee calling those of us in Arkansas who opposed illegal immigration racists was par for the course.

He went so far as to suggest that a Republican legislator wasn't a good Christian for proposing a bill to prohibit spending taxpayer money to give illegal aliens benefits, saying that he drank a different kind of "Jesus juice".

Of course the source article never displayed the following comment I submitted to them last night.

"Big Religion, the hierarchy of any church, is like any other Special Interest Group, just follow the money. Most Special Interest Groups are only concerned for "their" agenda of profit and/or power, not the people they pretend to speak for or save from harm. Of course they are expecting money to flow in from "our" United States Taxpayers to pick up the bill for their ILLEGALS while they soak up all of the PROFIT, You have to admit the SOAKING of United States Taxpayers is very good by the Pro-ILLEGAL Special Interest Groups. The Pro-ILLEGALS always expect the Federal Government to assist with their Big Religion ministering to the ILLEGALS or they just may receive some funds from the ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS who benefit from their ILLEGALS! Doubtful they will get any monetary help from the ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS they of course expect the Taxpayers to again support their ILLEGALS."
