What he is trying to say is that I only voted for the fence in populated areas! Otherwise, i'm all for cameras, sensors and other "virtual devices"of which would still give your people a fighting chance to invade our country, since those devices are useless without an actual human being to monitor and respond to any breach!

After all, it's not like an actual fence, a physical barrier that will keep your people out!
